Sugar Bowl Preview Part 4 The Conclusion

The Maize and Blue will be taking their talents down to NOLA for a Battle with Virginia Tech, a team that has been known for their Running QBs. But who has the edge in this matchup? What type of team will the Wolverines be facing? All these questions and more have been answered over our 4  posts, so without further ado let’s Finish the Sugar Bowl preview with our final thoughts:

Today is Gameday and the Sugar bowl is upon us. After writing the last 3 preview posts, I’m more confident and excited about this game than ever. This season and this Michigan team have been special and started what will hopefully be a winning renaissance in Ann Arbor. And today is the final piece of the 2011 football puzzle and I know the Maize and Blue will be prepared. Coach Hoke has had our Wolverines ready for battle in all the big games this season and this game will be no different. On top of that we are coming off 2 insane performances against Nebraska and O$U. On the matchup side (for more detail see Preview 1-3) we should be able to stop the Hokies vaunted run attack, forcing turnover prone QB Logan Thomas to deal with Michigan’s Blitz schemes and lockdown corners all day. On the other side Michigan will score and score and score some more, shredding the Virginia Tech defense on the ground(as well as a few big plays through the air). VT will have no chance, Michigan comes out and dominates all facets of this game and cruises to an easy victory putting the seal on a memorable 2011 season!

Go Blue!!!!!!
