Update on the court case against Ohio RB Jaamal Berry. Also wanted to note that word got out that Hoke will be visiting a certain current Ohio RB commit, whose last name rhymes with fun. I’m hoping next week we might have a special Buckeye Fail for a big Ohio de-commit, we shall see.

Jaamal Berry Case Continued
COLUMBUS — A court case against Jaamal Berry, a sophomore running back from Ohio State University, is being continued as of Thursday, ABC6/Fox28 News has learned.
Earlier this morning, Ohio State suspending Berry after an alleged victim filed charges — assault and disorderly conduct — after a reported assault in late October.
Because the charges are misdemeanors, Berry was not arrested. But, he was issued a summons to appear in court for an arraignment hearing on December 1.
Police say the victim was walking to his car in the Arena District, just after 2 a.m. October 21, 2011.
The victim says that Berry and another man, were yelling profanities at him from across the parking lot.
According to the report, the two men confronted the victim and Berry punched him several times in the face and had a bloody nose but didn’t need medical treatment at the scene.
