NFL Wolverine Of The Week

This week was a Tough decision, 2 Wolverines on great teams, playing some of the best Football of the season. Yup I’m talking about Tom Brady and Charles Woodson. But I’ll give the nod based on one factor Beating a re-surging Lions team on their own field is a much bigger accomplishment than the Eagles who everyone can beat apparently. Woodson has now won his fourth NFL Wolverine of The Week with another superhuman performance on the field with 5 tackles 1 pass defend and another interception. Woodson is now second in the NFL in INTs and as you know his Packers are Number 1 in the NFL and undefeated. Congrats to Charles and The Packers.

Honorable Mentions

  • Tom Brady- If Not for Woodson and his thanksgiving heroics, Tom could have won this easily going  24-34 for 361 yards and 3 Tds.
  • David Harris- Helped keep the Jets playoff hopes alive with 8 tackles and 1 Sack
  • Carl Hagelin- Although a Hockey Player and not in the NFL, Hagelin was called up to the New York Rangers and has been dynamite in his first three outings registering a point in each game(1 Goal and 2 assist). We congratulate Carl and wish him the best of luck.
