William Campbell to O-line

I’m not sure what to make of this. I mean if Big Will is not in shape to play nose tackle, how can he be in shape to play O-Line for an offense that needs its lineman to be able to be able to use their athleticism to get out on the block. In any event it’s something to keep an eye on.

Michigan’s offense might get an addition this week.

Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez said Tuesday during the Big Ten conference call that sophomore defensive lineman Will Campbell could move to offensive guard.

Campbell is third on the depth chart at nose tackle behind Mike Martin and Adam Patterson and has played sparingly. Rodriguez said he will discuss that potential move with his staff Tuesday night after the assistants return from recruiting.
